Legal
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which we provide legal
consultation and advisory services.
Using this website
The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal advice
for your particular situation and it does not create a solicitor–client or
adviser–client relationship. You should not act, or decide not to act, on the basis of anything
on this website alone.
Our services and how they are agreed
Each matter is separate. We confirm in writing what work we will carry out and the fee for that
work, and the engagement begins when you accept that confirmation. Nothing on this website is an offer
to provide services, and no engagement exists until we have both agreed the scope and the fee.
Prices and payment
Fees are quoted and payable in euros and are confirmed for the work described in the engagement
confirmation. If the matter turns out to require more work than was described, we will tell you and
confirm any additional fee before carrying out that additional work.
Changes and cancellation
You may end an engagement at any time by telling us in writing; you remain responsible for the fee
for work already carried out. If we are unable to continue with a matter, we will tell you and return
any documents you have provided, subject to our own record-keeping obligations.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Legal matters depend on the facts and on the actions of
other parties, and a position that looks strong can change. What we do promise is that we will explain
your position and your options honestly, and confirm the fee before the work is done.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything about our service, contact us first at
support@ahilegals.com or

Governing terms
These terms replace any earlier version. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest
continues to apply.
